    What You Will Be Doing

    The Marketing Product Specialist will become the expert in all facets of our products and how to use them in order to create customer facing marketing materials and internal reference and training materials among other projects. The position requires regular communication and coordination with several departments at Hotwire. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to support several projects simultaneously. 

    • Partner with Engineering, Security Team, Voice Team, Network Design Team, and other departments to completely understand our products to create collateral, customer communications, sales and marketing material

    • This role will also assist with the implementation process to sell our products and deliver a fantastic customer experience

    What You Need to Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent

    • 2-4 years of telecommunications industry experience with account management experience preferred

    • Excellent English oral and written communication skills

    • Basic understanding of copy and design concepts needed to create effective marketing material

    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    • Strong customer service, organizational, analytical, and follow through skills

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritizes project based on timing and resource availability

    • Willingness to follow all departmental process, procedure and guidelines during daily course of business in addition to compliance with all corporate policies
