    What You Will Be Doing

    Your role is designed to maximize sales penetration for overbuild and upgrade Operations properties via targeted marketing & sales campaigns after initial launch. You will support multiple projects simultaneously including analysis, design, and creation of various collaterl materials. You will work with different campaign approaches across the assigned properties and lead the collection and analysis of various metrics and translate those results into future campaign actions.


    • Work with Director to develop segmentation models and performance objectives per segment.
    • Categorize properties as over-performing, performing or under performing and prioritize properties for inclusion in program.
    • Execute and initiate direct marketing initiatives targeting current residents and churn potential in all Hotwire communities.
    • Design and create various support materials including: direct mail, e-blasts campaigns, field initiatives, promos, new offers, retention, customer loyalty and all new acquisition strategies in order to drive market awareness and sell our new and existing products.
    • Analyze campaign response/ marketing channel to determine areas of opportunity at the property level/demographic area

    What You Need to Bring

    • Minimum 3-5 years prior Marketing and Strategy experience, including 2+ years managing components of a customer loyalty program
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of design experience
    • Critical thinking and business acumen, balanced with detailed time and project management.
    • Able to demonstrate sharp understanding of consumer insights and use analytical thinking to turn insight into ideas and growth opportunities
    • Highly motivated and self-directed
    • Ability to identify a customer’s needs and provide strategic solutions
    • Strategic thinking with regard to marketing and product
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong work ethic and display personal and corporate integrity
