    What You Will Be Doing

    As an Administrative Assistant, you will oversee and participate in company priorities by coordinating, organizing and often leading tasks associated with the larger goals at hand. Hotwire’s culture is high energy and fast paced, and this position will need to mirror or exceed that pace to succeed. The Administrative Assistant will maintain typical support duties including calendar, meetings, online research, bid searching, and correspondence. The Administrative Assistant should be prepared to handle internal and external communications on behalf of their manager.

    Successful Administrative Assistant should characteristically be innovative, well rounded, resourceful, positive and intelligent. Candidates will also have:


    *Excellent Excel and other MS Office Skills
    *Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem solving skills
    *Strong leadership skills
    *Strong Communication Skills
    *Strong Interpersonal Skills
    *Completed Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
