    What You Will Be Doing

    The Inventory Control Associate is critical to the daily success of the field operations team by ensuring proper inventory and distribution of technician supplies and customer equipment is ready and waiting. You will carry out direct warehouse and inventory control activities to maintain and develop inventory / distribution controls in accordance with agreed business plans. This role also completes tests and evaluations of returned equipment to determine, repair or assess replacement needs and is ultimately responsible for the security and accuracy of inventory counts in the warehouse.

    • Coordinates and monitors problems while prioritizing competing demands on time frames.
    • Basic computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.

    • Must be able to make decisions independently working under minimal supervision.
    • Espouses and integrates a philosophy of quality.
    • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Typically solves problems by considering courses of action within the framework of management’s goals and standards.
    • Must have a valid state issued driver’s license.



    • Maintain existing database tracking the current status, reconditioning and disbursement of equipment.
    • Plan and carry out direct equipment reconditioning to meet agreed product demands.
    • Tests and evaluates returned equipment to recommend a course of action.
    • Must be able to operate related equipment safely in a warehouse environment including pallet jacks, hand trucks.
    • Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct customer installation purposes.
    • Respond to and follow up stock enquiries by e-mail, telephone, and personal visits.
    • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
    • Carry out inventory research, and replenishment for satellite locations.
    • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
    • Deliver inventory to various company and customer locations.
    • Receive, organize, stock and maintain inventory levels
    • Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or preparing orders and shipments.
    • Process inbound and prepares outbound freight accurately.
    • Verify and fulfill request upon approval
    • Abide by all company rules and safety regulations
    • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

    What You Need to Bring


    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
    • Basic Microsoft Windows PC Proficiency
    • Basic Excel and Work Proficiency
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent



    • Minimum 3 years’ of warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience
    • Associates Degree
    • Small Electronics repair experience
