    What You Will Be Doing

    To provide executive and director support with work-flow process, staff training, budget and equipment forecasting within the Construction Growth Department

     

    Essential Duties/ Responsibilities

    • Responsible for mining, analyzing and interpreting data to drive operational decision making and aid in company growth objectives
    • Provide comprehensive support and assistance for day-today strategic planning and project management activities
    • Exercise sound judgment, accuracy and accountability
    • Participates in research and development of strategic and business plans consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements
    • Monitors industry trends and provides innovative ideas and solutions
    • Ensures organization meets regulatory and compliance requirements necessary for accreditations in collaboration with Leadership

    What You Need to Bring

    Required Qualifications

    • 2-5 years’ experience in data research analysis
    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
    • Requires critical thinking skills and exceptional communication skills
    • Strong analytic and decision making skill
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Requires executive presence and ability to influence without authority
    • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
    • Moderate to advance computer skills, such as: Microsoft systems, outlook and excel

    Physical Demands

    • Must be able to lift 5-20 lbs.

    This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
