    What You Will Be Doing

    As an Account Manager, you will be maintaining and building relationships with the Boards as well as POA offices for assigned Hotwire properties. You are responsible for the overall good “health” of the property including customer satisfaction, service delivery and status of accounts receivable. An Account Manager is the key communicator between the company and the property. 

     

    Some of the things you'll be doing on a day to day basis:

    • Professionally and appropriately represent the company on site at the properties
    • Cultivate relationships with the property management staff at the various communities and maintain a regular site visit schedule
    • Create relationships with VIP residents and cultivate a useful dialogue
    • Be aware of and make contact with the various board members when appropriate. Account Manager must be responsive and tend to the client’s needs and requests.
    • Handle the occassional crisis situation in a professional manner and liaise with the property when technical difficulties arise from time to time 
    • Handle escalations when necessary from residents
    • Ensure the client has an overall positive experience as it relates to Hotwire and the services we provide. Build relationships with all departments to ensure property has all needs met.
    • Support events and other promotional activities at your assigned properties
    • Drive projects forward to meet the expectations of our properties and contractual obligations 
    • Demonstrate expansive knowledge of Hotwire Communications products and services
    • May assist internal leadership with creating strategies and sales plans

    What You Need to Bring

    MUST HAVE:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
    • 2-4 years of telecommunications industry experience with account management experience preferred
    • Strong English verbal and written skills

     

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent customer service skills; Sustained service oriented focus
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Proven experience identifying a client’s needs and providing strategic solutions
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
