    What You Will Be Doing

    The Technology Concierge Group is seeking a Technology Concierge Coordinator to join their team! As a Technology Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our field staff who is installing and selling Hotwire Communication’s suite of technology services, including Fision IPTV, Internet, Phone, Security, and our new line of Home Automation products. The incumbent will additionally be responsible to offer white glove quality service to all inbound phone calls, asked to perform outbound sales and Quality Assurance follow up calls, perform general administrative and project management duties. The position is a unique blend of sales, client management on top of the extensive utilization of administrative skills.

    Hotwire Communications, founded in 2000, specializes in providing advanced video solutions, high speed internet, digital phone service and other IP related products and services over its private Metro Ethernet Fiber Backbone. Hotwire’s operating divisions focus on delivering its suite of advanced communications products to unique market segments to meet the needs of a specific industry.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound calls courteously with focus on "One Call Resolution" of relevant customer’s questions, concerns and technology needs.
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships by ensuring timely responses to all inquiries for service needs.
    • Phone and in-person contact with customers to make recommendations on Hotwire’s Services.
    • Completing Sales surveys for data, video and voice services along with home automation and in unit concierge services.
    • Performing various billing functions in Billing Software
    • Performing dispatch duties and service order coordination with the field facing Technology Concierge Team.
    • Assisting with validation and data manipulation of address lists.
    • Performing duties as a central point of information and back office support for our field facing Technology Concierge Team.
    • Assisting with property sales events as required.
    • Review Client feedback and escalations. Addresses opportunities through direct communication with customers.
    • Travel to assigned clients as part of the Technology Concierge role is required
    • Participates in developmental training, certifications, and increased proficiencies of team.
    • Other duties as assigned

    What You Need to Bring

    • Prior Professional Concierge, Office Management or Customer Service Experience
    • Broad Knowledge of all A/V Technology Considerations
    • Excellent in Customer Service, Sales experience
    • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
    • Ability to Set Priorities
    • Associates Degree or Higher in Customer Service related industry, Business Administration or Communications preferred
    • A+ Computer Skills
    • Excellent Organizational Skills
    • Ability to Interact/Support Executive Level Leadership
    • Bi-lingual – Spanish (required)
