    What You Will Be Doing

    Provides overall customer service support for customers in Salisbury including service call scheduling, billing inquiries and payments, and equipment exchanges. 

     

    The successful candidate should enjoy helping people.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    Provide face to face service at the Salisbury office location

    Collect payments and reconcile daily cash

    Provide inbound phone support to customers

    Outbound calls to customers using Noble and scheduling installations, change orders or trouble ticket appointments

    Ensure scheduled appointments are completed in a timely manner

    Complete audits when necessary for customer accounts

    Maintain excellent communication with residents regarding any/all changes that may take place

    Escalate any issues found in the customer’s account or from a customer directly to the Account Manager

    What You Need to Bring

    • Have strong multi-tasking abilities
    • Good clear phonics with a friendly voice on the phone
    • Strong grammar skills
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time with limited breaks
    • Fast Learner, very intuitive, visualize the issue and take action
    • Associates Degree in General Business with at least 6 months of operational experience
    • Requires an excellent knowledge of all resources required to support our customers including internal team members, third party vendors, contractors and support teams
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • Fast Learners, very intuitive, visualize the trouble and understand their limitations
