The Launch Account Manager for Upgrades and New Construction AND/OR Overbuilds is responsible for on-site representation of Hotwire Communications to the community developer or property management group as well as community members/residents. This role acts as the direct liaison to answer questions about service, pricing, porting phone numbers, and survey and install schedules / appointments. They can also perform customer education after install.
