    What You Will Be Doing

    The role of the launch coordinator is to support our property launch and conversion projects.

    The position requires regular communication and coordination with the launch operations team, launch manager and the various departments at Hotwire to coordinate each project.  This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to support several projects simultaneously

    • You will partner with the Project Manager to coordinate all of the marketing material and communications
    • Create all of the marketing material needed for each project.
    • Coordinate with Sales leaders to support their efforts with communications
    • Manage inventory of material to ensure we are meeting all deadlines
    • Engage in ideas and campaigns that will help the launch be successful

    What You Need to Bring

    Project management type experience, attention to details, someone who is very organized, understands there is a process to follow but can adapt when changes are needed, experience managing many projects at one time and re-prioritizing as needed.
