    What You Will Be Doing

    • Responsible for all new hire account creation in the various systems required for their job function
    • Responsible for new equipment deployment and break-fix of existing equipment
    • Interface with users in multiple departments to assist in their job functions
    • Analyze tickets to determine better ways to streamline response times
    • Responsible for health checks on all Windows servers internal to the organization
    • Modify / Create GPOs for new software rollout
    • Modify /Create desktop & laptop images to address changing business needs
    • Modify / Create documentation of processes and procedures
    • Enforce company security procedures and audit practices
    • Maintain accurate inventories for assigned and retiring equipment

    What You Need to Bring

    • At least 3 years in a IT Administrator role
    • Must have excellent customer skills
    • Some travel required
    • Must be a part of the on-call rotation and some overnight/week-end work required
    • Experience with cross platform data flows and understanding of basic workflow concepts
    • Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking
    • MCSE / LPIC / VMWare certification a plus
    • Exchange 2010 Administration required
    • Must be able to communicate instructions and ideas to customers with a varying level of technical expertise
    • Must be able to work as a team member or as an individual
