The Project Manager of Launch Operations (Specific Region) fully monitors and ensures the implementation of Launch Overbuild Conversion Projects by focusing on communication and data driven project milestone reporting. Maintains full responsibility of the planning, monitoring and closing of projects, while keeping all internal departments engaged and abreast of the contractual deadlines. Ensures all contract deliverables are met, while going above and beyond company quality standards. Creates clear and attainable project objectives while ensuring contractual deadlines are met, building and promoting the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are communication, time, scope, and quality.
Acts as a client representative and determines and implements the exact needs of the property, based on knowledge of Hotwires Internal stakeholders, responsible divisions, and its Platform and services to be provided. They must bridge the gaps between the Construction, Technical Launch teams and the Properties HOA representatives. Project Manager must have full knowledge of the industry and the implementation processes of Hotwires products, this is to ensure they are capable of understanding and discussing the obstacles with internal stakeholders, as well as clients. Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party. Must form close links with the nominated representatives, which is essential in ensuring that the key issues of communication, time, quality and above all, client satisfaction, can be realized.
