    What You Will Be Doing

    The Project Manager of Launch Operations (Specific Region) fully monitors and ensures the implementation of Launch Overbuild Conversion Projects by focusing on communication and data driven project milestone reporting. Maintains full responsibility of the planning, monitoring and closing of projects, while keeping all internal departments engaged and abreast of the contractual deadlines. Ensures all contract deliverables are met, while going above and beyond company quality standards. Creates clear and attainable project objectives while ensuring contractual deadlines are met, building and promoting the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are communication, time, scope, and quality.

    Acts as a client representative and determines and implements the exact needs of the property, based on knowledge of Hotwires Internal stakeholders, responsible divisions, and its Platform and services to be provided. They must bridge the gaps between the Construction, Technical Launch teams and the Properties HOA representatives. Project Manager must have full knowledge of the industry and the implementation processes of Hotwires products, this is to ensure they are capable of understanding and discussing the obstacles with internal stakeholders, as well as clients. Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party. Must form close links with the nominated representatives, which is essential in ensuring that the key issues of communication, time, quality and above all, client satisfaction, can be realized.

    Essential Functions:

    • Leading the development of a detailed project timeline/ schedule involving internal relevant stakeholders based on the objective provided by the contract. The project Manager will use the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met and are within budget.
    • Work cross-functionally to maintain and drive project launch activities and schedule, ensuring all teams deliver their milestones in a timely manner.
    • Working closely with the internal team players in setting project goals and analyzing the status of the project.
    • Collecting progress, updating and reporting projects status to upper management.
    • Facilitates scheduling of site visits to complete project Pre-Assessments and adheres to the project plan that is there in determined and further provided.
    • Schedules project site visits to allow surveying to complete property pre-assessments. Teams include (but are not limited to) the Launch supervisor and lead technician, Construction manager, Sales Engineer, Launch account manager and supervisor, and the Engineering WIFI technician.
    • Attends scheduled meetings with the property, first one of which introduces all internal Hotwire stakeholders to the property.
    • Becomes the sole communicator between the client and internal staff and manages the relationship with the client and stakeholders. Ensures client needs are met.
    • Work efficiently to resolve any roadblocks to launch, bringing the team together to collaborate and execute on action items.
    • Performs risk and conflict management by working with internal departments to come up with a solution.
    • Ensures Engineering design standards are implemented by key internal players.
    • Coordinates material delivery with Warehouse Manager. Ensures deliveries of materials are in a timely fashion.
    • Ensures proper security measures, and inventory tracking mechanisms are in place for on-site deployment of assets.
    • Inventories and secures all materials to an on-site or off-site location. Oversees and supervises the weekly inventory completion by the Launch lead technician.
    • Ensures common areas are coordinated and completed per the contract deliverables.
    • Oversees the Project Summary Package by ensuring all necessary areas are accounted for and submits final package at project completion. It is the project manager’s sole responsibility to make sure all areas of the PSP is complete by each department.
    • Works with the CAM to deliver common area & property management services, as determined in the contract deliverables. Help to facilitate any additional Common Area requests are satisfied at the time of Launch.

    What You Need to Bring

    • 5+ years of experience in Telecom project management or related field
    • Fiber Optic cabling experience.
    • Outside Plant Construction experience
    • Electrical wiring experience
    • Experience in people management
    • Experience in strategic planning
    • Experience in risk and conflict management
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word)
    • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
    • Strong customer relations skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
