    What You Will Be Doing

    Purpose:

     

    The Operations Data Analyst will provide critical business insight, improve targeting, and help maximize return on investment by performing complex data analysis for field operations and call center. The Operations analyst is a support role that provides solutions to business problems including how to best manage and allocate people, processes, time, materials, assets and equipment.

     

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop reports for various business functions within field operations, call center, training, new product and launch divisions to measure performance effectiveness
    • Analyze and manipulate data—develop statistical forecasting models and tools as necessary for headcount, project budget analysis, equipment, tech tools, etc.
    • Build database using data acquired from reports and internal systems
    • Research/evaluate new analytic methodologies, approaches and solutions
    • Other duties as assigned.

    What You Need to Bring

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or related field
    • 3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst
    • Proficient in Excel, VBA and databases such as Access
    • Crystal Reports a plus
    • SQL experience
    • Experience applying mathematics and statistics to achieve business objectives
    • Ability to perform thorough analysis of complex data and draw sound conclusions
    • Motivated, self-starter with a track record of delivering results
    • Strong written and verbal communication skill
