    What You Will Be Doing

    The Field Operations Area Manager is responsible for leading and managing the area technicians in the support and installations of company services within the region and with it the business and personnel aspects including: hiring, training,, productivity, quality and financials metrics.   Key focus on continuous improvements and development of the Field Operations Team Members.


    • Responsible for meeting commitments to customers and following up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
    • Responsible for applying adopted company policies, operational practices and coordinating training that allow our daily operations to succeed.
    • Responsible for installation of all company offered products thru accurate and timely service utilizing core systems (Officetrack, Amdoc, etc.).
    • Responsible for in territory service operations training for the Field Operations service technicians.
    • Responsible for staffing and team building

    What You Need to Bring

    5 years prior technician/installation work experience in related industry essential.
    5 years prior management experience in an operational role

    People person with ability to teach and develop team members

    Ability to conduct operational analyses and solutioning

    Ability to interact and maintain excellent professional relationships with clients, customers and internal departments

    Ability to actively participate in client or potential client, sales, HOA, Board or other meetings.
