Hotwire Operations Process Engineers will design, document, control new processes that connect to the customer journey and operational procedures to define efficient processes with low customer and user effort. Using Six Sigma methodology, the Process Engineer will also evaluate existing processes to identify efficiency opportunities and plans for automation. This role will set the standards for process modeling and controlling throughout the organization. This role will also partner across the enterprise to define customer journey, leverage techniques such as persona and empathy mapping, which will contribute to our digital strategy. The Process Engineer will also leverage technical skills to design automations and KPI dashboards leverage to control process improvement projects.

Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt a plus) and in depth understanding of Process Modeling. Experience in DevOps role or functional organization. Advanced Experience with Process Design tools. Expert Knowledge of SQL, Web Development/Design and Dash boarding. Degree or professional experience in Statistical Analysis, Business Management, or Engineering.
