    What You Will Be Doing

    Purpose:

     

    The Fision Experience Coordinator will work directly with the Fision Experience Manager to organize and manage the launch of new products.

     

    The primary responsibility of the Fision Experience Coordinator is to organize all aspects of the product deployment plan and facilitate internal and external communication to ensure a successful launch.

     

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Work with Fision Experience Manager to ensure the Fision Education Team is fully trained on new products.
    • Assist the Fision Experience Manager develop new product deployment strategies for Southeast Florida.
    • Develop and prioritize the deployment schedule based on deadlines/contractual commitments and utilize the billing software to develop a database of customers per account.
    • Work with the Marketing team to develop customer communication for targeted email correspondence.
    • Manage dedicated email account associated with the project and ensure the customer accounts for all respondents are accurately updated.
    • Respond directly to customer inquiries related to the project.
    • Follow up initial customer communication with detailed response and necessary marketing materials.
    • Develop a report to track the progress, including number of residents contacted, appointments scheduled and equipment inventory etc. for the project.
    • Communicate important project updates internally between departments.
    • Manage routes and schedules in Office Track for the Fision Educators in the SEFL market.
    • Work with the Fision Experience Manager to create training decks for internal and external training.
    • Assist with administrative tasks assigned by the Fision Experience Manager.

    What You Need to Bring

    Minimum 2 years Experience in a customer facing role.

    Strong attention to detail.

    Proficient level skills in all Microsoft Office products.

    Proficient level skills in cloud based systems.
