    What You Will Be Doing

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving subscriber and customer growth in the residential, commercial, and new construction markets within greater Salisbury and surrounding markets as assigned. Sales Manager will lead a small team and will have a focus on retention of existing subscribers.

    14. Must be able to analyze and interpret market data and craft sales strategies to address opportunities.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Manage all sales activities and initiatives within Salisbury and any new market construction launches.
    2. Calculate and determine which Hotwire products and services should have concentrated marketing efforts by community/building/property.
    3. Develop sales strategies and marketing campaign for each of those identified products including promotional time period and market costs.
    4. Lead team of sales people and maintain responsibility for ensuring team metrics are achieved - coach sales team to ensure revenue-generation goals are met
    5. Maintain competitive data on market area- keep abreast of all expansion, new construction and other development opportunities.
    6. Regularly analyze and take action on subscriber retention data.

    What You Need to Bring

    • 5+ years of proven successful sales experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
    • Available and willing to work evenings and weekends on occasion as needed

     

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

    • Prior work experience in Telecommunications or other service provider company helpful
    • 1-2 years of prior management experience
